JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Physician – Family Medicine (with OB experience)
• Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
• Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
• Service Setting: Community Health Center – Outpatient
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: 4/10 schedule (40 hours/week)
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: General family practice population including OB
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: Acute, chronic, preventive care including obstetrics
FACILITY INFORMATION
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient and OB care setup
• Support Staff Available: Clinic support team
• Reason for Coverage: Permanent position
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General family medicine including OB
• Preventive and chronic disease management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active CO medical license
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics with OB experience
• Other Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Physicians in specified specialty
- Commitment to team-based care in a community-focused setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care including obstetrics
• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive medical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
• Uphold the mission to improve health of patients, staff, and community
