🩺 LOCUM PHYSICIAN – FAMILY MEDICINE | Sulligent, Alabama
📍 Location:Sulligent, AL🏥 Setting: Adult Primary Care 📆 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:30AM–4:00PM 📅 Start Date: ASAP | 3 month contract with extensions and option to move PERMANENT IF DESIRED💼
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Provide primary care
- Patient volume: 14-20 per day
- EMRs: Epic
- Supported by APPs, physician, and nursing staff
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Certified FM
- Active AL license
- BLS & DEA certifications
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
