Medical Director – Primary Care (Locum or Temp-to-Perm)
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (~30 days)
Length: 6-month commitment (temp-to-perm preferred)
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens or Temp-to-Perm
Schedule

Flexible weekday schedule, 20 hrs/week preferred (full-time considered)

Clinic hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

No call
Role & Responsibilities

See 5–7 patients/day (clinic sees ~40/day total)

Provide traditional primary care, mentoring, and administrative oversight

Supervise 6 Nurse Practitioners

Must be onsite – local candidates strongly preferred

Will require collaborative agreement

Adults in underserved community
Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active Virginia license (no licensing support)
