Job description
Independent, mission driven faith-based community health center (FQHC) in south central Indiana seeking Family Medicine Physician with OB who desires to make a difference. Offering opportunity to practice full scope family medicine, with a positive work-life balance and spiritual context. Our mission is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, community-sensitive health care, utilizing Christ-oriented principles.
Well-established practice with staff of 5 physicians, 11 advanced practitioners and 5 behavioral health providers, serving seven locations including one school-based in 4 counties. Physicians have privileges at a nearby critical access hospital and make up the core of its nationally ranked OB services, one of three who were recognized in Indiana by U.S. News and World Report for exceptional OB quality. If doing OB, C-section/surgical skills are a plus, but not required. C-section proctorship available if desired.
- Physicians average treating 16-18 patients per day in clinic
- The call schedule has been designed to maximize work-life balance: One week of call per month, with reduced office hours during that week, no other call responsibilities.
- 2:1 support staff per physician to reduce documentation burden.
- Employed position with competitive salary guarantee for three years, and salary base with production incentives after.
- Sign on bonus available.
- Moving expenses amount negotiable
- Four weeks of vacation per year, plus five days of CME and $4,000 allowance.
- 401K with company match of 4% after first year
Salary: Salary guaranteed through contract with opportunities for sign-on bonus

Moving Expenses: Amount Negotiable
Loan Repayment: Available through the National Health Service Corp
CME: $4000 Paid CME for expenses relative to conference registration/materials, travel, lodging, meals, mileage plus 5 days paid time relative to CME time out of office.

Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance: A portion of premium for medical, dental, and vision for employees is paid by the corporation
Disability/Life Insurance: $15,000 paid personal life insurance policy
Malpractice Insurance: Provided with $500,000 per incident; 1.8 million aggregate per provider. Malpractice premium paid in full by the organization
