This award-winning state-of-the-art critical access hospital in a stunning waterfront Wisconsin community is looking to add another Family Medicine with Obstetrics Physician to their growing and thriving women's health team
Position Highlights:
• Join a collaborative and collegial team that wants to see you succeed - happy to provide mentorship to a new grad
• Unmatched work/life balance with a 4-day work week with very light call
• Focus on your patient panel without the responsibilities of inpatient call or ED shifts weighing you down
• Large focus on quality care rather than quantity - find your ideal number of patients per day
• Utilize your Surgical Obstetrics Skills - fellowship training not required
Compensation & Benefits:
• $360,000+ Year 1 Earnings without rigorous RVU requirements
• $270,000 recruitment package built based on your needs - starting bonus, residency/fellowship stipend, retention bonus, and student loan repayment
• Additional student loan repayment available through PSLF and as a National Health Service Corp site
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice with tail coverage, retirement matching, CME allowance, PTO with additional paid holidays, and more
