Actively recruiting a Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship training to join a full-spectrum rural practice in Algona, Iowa. This is a highly rewading opportunity offering immediate volume, surgical obstetrics including C-sections, ER and hospitalist shifts, and access to on-site diagnostics and regional specialty support.

✨ Position Overview

• Join a busy, established team of 8 physicians and 3 APPs

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine: outpatient, inpatient, OB, ER, and surgical C-sections

• OB/Hospitalist Call: 1:9 | C-Section Call: 1:3
  

• 25-bed critical access hospital with fully integrated primary care clinic

• On-site diagnostics: lab, CT, MRI, mammography, nuclear med, sleep studies, PT, RT, OT

• Support from Level III Trauma Center & regional teaching hospital in Mason City

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 5 years)

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years, with plan to certify within 1 year) in Family Medicine

• OB Fellowship-trained (must be completed prior to start)

• Comfortable and committed to performing C-sections

• Iowa license or IMLC eligibility
