Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB)
A Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) is needed in Paoli, IN.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Paoli, a scenic southern Indiana town offering small-town charm, outdoor recreation, and proximity to Louisville.
This position is with a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple rural, but not isolated, communities.
Salary and Benefits:
- The salary is $215,000+ (4 Days) / $268,750+ (5 Days)
- Extra Compensation for Additional Duties (sign-offs, supervision, projects, etc.)
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 – $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
- Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Available Day 1

- Vacation: 4 Weeks
- Paid Holidays: 9 Days
- Mental Health: 3 Days
- Birthday
- CME: 5 days allowed and $5,000 annually

- 2 Staff Members per Physician
- No Weekends Except OB Call Week
Responsibilities:
- 4 or 5-Day Work Weeks Available
- Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Flexible Onboarding and Scheduling
- Outpatient care with Obstetrics Required
- 130 – 180 deliveries/year (Covered by 3+ Physicians)
- OB On Call Rotation – 1 in 3 Weeks (Based on Providers in the Clinic)
- Light Clinic Load during Call Week
- 16 – 22 Patients / Day
- 1 Hour for New Patient / 20 Minutes for Follow Ups
- Must See All Ages with approximately 40% Geriatric
- Hybrid Options during OB Call Weeks
- Half-Days Possible for Sign Offs and Supervising
Requirements:
- Current and Active Physician License in the State of Indiana
- Must be Board Certified (Family Medicine Preferred)
- Obstetrics Experience Required
- Must be Comfortable Treating All Ages
- New Grads Welcome
