• Clinic Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM (includes paid lunch)

• Call: 1:5 OB/Newborn—block scheduling (M–W or Th–F)
• Patient Load: 18–20/day
• Support Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 PRS per provider, interpreters, care coordinators, BH, and case management
• EMR: NextGen (optional Dragon dictation)
• OB Procedures: Prenatal care, deliveries, C-sections, vacuum delivery, newborn care, OB ultrasound, D&C, and more based on qualifications
• FP Procedures: Adult/peds primary care, IUDs, colposcopy, skin procedures, casting, vasectomy, colonoscopy, etc.

• Base Salary: – $250K (Residents) OR $270K–$285K with OB fellowship/experience
• Production Bonus: $20/encounter over 3,200/year
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• PTO: 25 days + 11 paid holidays
• CME: $3,200 annually
