A facility two hours north of Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join their growing team!
Pay: $195,250.00-$273,350.00/year!
Retention Bonus and Relocation Assistance are available!
Family Medicine Physician Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Schedule: 4(10)-hour day shifts, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
- Setting: Outpatient-only clinic
- No on-call
- Great leadership and administration team!

Family Medicine Physician Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school is required
- Must have completed and approved internship
- Must have an Arizona medical license and be board-certified
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics is required
