Template your day-to-day to your preferences with this independent physician group of 20+ primary care providers.
Practice/Organization Details:
• You choose your desired schedule, template, patient panel, and scope of practice
• Extensive group includes 50+ physicians and 30+ APP's
• Anticipated volume of 100-150 deliveries for the incoming provider
• Outpatient setting with no inpatient rounding required
• Flexible schedule options include a 3 or 4-day work week
• C-section interest preferred
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of $300,000 with the ability to move to production after year 1
• Shareholder status offered after year 1, resulting in lucrative annual incentive bonus
• Full benefits package offered, including sign-on bonus, education allowance, relocation allowance, insurance, 401k, retirement, and more
