We are seeking quotes from qualified subcontractors for the Provision of Family Practice / General Medicine Physician (Urgent Care) Services.
Scope Highlights:
- Outpatient urgent and primary care
- Flexible contract terms: short-term (13 weeks) to long-term (1 year), with renewals
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (occasional overtime/weekends)
- Potential coverage at other Navajo Area
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active medical and DEA licenses
- BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Clean malpractice history
- Up-to-date immunizations and screenings
