Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $230,000 to $325,000 (higher salaries may be offered to experienced providers)
- $25,000 Sign On Bonus
- $10,000 Relocation Coverage

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance.
- No Weekends, No Nights, and No Holidays
- 36 Hours of Clinical Time / 4 Hours of Admin Time (Can Be Remote)
- On Call Schedule is 1 in 4
- Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients.
- 25 to 28 patients per day
- EMR system is Athena Practice
Requirements:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (FMOB)
- Obstetrics Experience
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Washington (or willing to obtain if relocating)
