Overview
Modern and busy Family Medicine practice with Obstetrics in Emmetsburg, IA is seeking a fellowship-trained physician. This position offers a 4-day work week, ability to perform C-sections, emergency department shifts, and excellent work/life balance in a supportive hospital environment.

• Annual volume: 67 admissions, 114 births, 22,126 outpatient visits, 5,258 specialty clinic visits, 34,636 primary care visits
• Onsite services: Lab, X-ray, ER, pharmacy, behavioral health
• Specialty outreach from surgery, cardiology, urology, dermatology, ENT, orthopedics, wound care, ophthalmology, and more
• Opportunity to capture additional OB market share in surrounding counties without OB services
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
• Not accepting Locums
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must become BC within 1 year of employment if BE) – Required
• OB Fellowship-trained (must be completed prior to start) – Required
• Must be able and willing to perform C-sections – Required
• IA License or IMLC (or ability to obtain) – Required
Schedule & Coverage
• Standard clinic schedule – 4-day work week
• Mix of outpatient, obstetrics, C-sections, and ED shifts
