Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult, Adolescent
Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call

Responsibilities:

• Work in a clinic during the week seeing OB/GYN patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations.
• Perform surgical blocks twice per week for non-emergent surgeries.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage, including obstetrics and emergency gynecology/obstetric cases.
  Required Procedures:
• All OB/GYN procedures including 100+ C-sections and 50+ deliveries within the last 24 months.
• More than 5 hysterectomies within the last 24 months.
  EMR System: EPIC
  Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN, CRNAs, and midwives

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certification FMOB (or Truly Board Eligible within 0-5 years of residency completion)
• Active Kansas License (Highly Preferred, open to obtaining)
• Active BLS
• Active DEA
• Clean Malpractice (Highly Preferred)
• Procedure Logs for FMOB (50 C-sections, 50 vaginal deliveries, including 20 in the last 12 months)

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Shifts: 7a-7a (24-hour shifts)
• Ongoing coverage for stretches of at least 7 days per month.
• Available dates:

  • Mar 1-31, 2025
  • Apr 1-30, 2025
  • May 1-31, 2025

Credentialing Information:

• Payor credentialing takes 60 days from state license issue.
• Must acknowledge understanding of the EMR training requirements.
