COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Compensation Includes Salary Guarantee + The following:
- Experience Above 5 years - Additional $3,000K Annually
- Retention Longevity Package of $10,000K
- Premium Payment for Additional Skills - $2,500 - $5,000 Annually
- Teaching Bonus - $10,000 + Quality Bonus $8,000 Annually
- Call Pay Amounts to Additional $32,175 Annually
- Proven Income up to $230,000 Annually
- Full Comprehensive Benefits + Loan Repayment (NHSC and State)
- 6.5 Paid Holidays Annually + 24 Days PTO
- + 5 days CME & $3,000 Allowance
- 403(b)-retirement match and discretionary profit-share (pre-tax or Roth)

- Open to either Family Medicine or FMOB - Full Spectrum
- Faculty position - 4 Day Work Week
- Typical Schedule: 3 half-days Clinic, 3 half-days Precepting w/ 2 half-days Admin time per week!
- Average of 1 Call Night per week at Hospital - Very Light Call
- Open to MD or DO and Cannot Sponsor Visas.
- Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred -- open to New Grads Also
- Providers with no academic experience welcome to apply--- Looking for trained physician who has strong interest in working with Residents and is comfortable teaching full scope Family Medicine
