LOCUM Family Medicine Provider Needed
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule:
- 1-2 weeks of Hospital OB Call each month
- 4-8 days in the Clinic for General GYN patients (consecutive)
- Shift Type: 4 - 10-hour shifts in the clinic per week with OB/pediatric on call. 1:4 hospital coverage.
Duties:
- Inpatient and outpatient coverage including handling c-sections, OB procedures, minor family practice procedures, and general patient care.
- Patient Demographic: Female, all adult ages, pregnancies, well women, GYN problems.
- Admissions per day: 0-1 hospital admission for clinic-based providers.
- Patients per day: 15-17 patients in the clinic, variety of Family Practice and OB cases.
- Number of deliveries: 10-15 per month, with approximately 40 c-sections per year.
- NICU level: No on-site, located 50 minutes away
