Hospital-Employed LCSW Opening for Outpatient, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• UPMC Health System I Affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Schools of the Health Sciences
• 4-day work week with 6 weeks of PTO
• Treat adult and pediatrics in non-emergent office setting
• 1 hour - 50 minute appointments, in-person + telemed
• Single site coverage
• Integrated primary care model: Join team of tenured LCSWs, Primary Care Providers, Care Navigator (RN), and Psychiatrists
• Base salary with wRVU productivity bonus & quality/citizenship incentive
• Earning in the top 10% of all practicing LCSWs across the country
• Complete tuition reimbursement
• Full benefits including retirement plan with employer match
Requirements:
1. Pennsylvania LCSW license, or eligible for LCSW in PA
2. Masters degree (Social Work/ Social Welfare) or Doctoral Degree (Social Work)
3. At least 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience
4. Passed the Association of Social Work Boards - Clinical Examination
