Job Summary: Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, serving as a primary care provider. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and collaborating with patients to maintain their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

  • Conduct routine medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.

  • Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

  • Collaborate with specialists for referral and consultation when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.

  • Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.

  • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

  • State medical license and DEA registration.

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
