Job Title: LOCUMS Primary Care Physician

Location: Nowata, OK 74048 (52 miles north of Tulsa, OK)

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: 13-26 week contracts with the option to extend

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience
  • Board certification required
  • BLS/ACLS and PALS certification required (or obtain before start)

Malpractice History:

  • Clean malpractice record for the last ten (10) years required

License:

  • Any state license accepted (preferably local, but open to candidates from any state)
  • Located on an Indian reservation

Pay:

  • 1099 all-inclusive from $5,000 - $6,000 per week

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a 40-hour work week
  • Transitioning to 4-10's in April

Patient Population and Services:

  • All ages from adolescents to adults
  • Offering primary care and behavioral health care
  • Services include mental health and substance abuse services, community prevention, research, evaluation, individual and group therapy, grief and trauma counseling, substance abuse counseling, relapse prevention, parenting skills for disorders of childhood, psychiatry, psychological testing, and crisis intervention.
