FPOB Opportunity in Southwest Missouri - Near Springfield and Lake of Ozarks
* FPOB will work alongside an outstanding OB/GYN, as well as, another FPOB who is joining the team in Nov 2024
* Current call is 10 days/month, goal is 1:5 or less with new FPOBs added to the team - no OB call or ER call as there is a hospitalist program
* No NICU or High Risk OB
* No robotics
* Great sonographer on team!
* Clinic is located in the hospital, so easy access
* OB nurses have over 19 years of tenure
* C-section rate is below national average and no Vbacs
* High demand for OB, so won't take long to build a practice - exams currently booked out through April - if someone wants to come in and build a practice, it's available! Fair majority of practice will be on clinic side
* Small community feel at the clinic/hospital, great group to work with
* Full Quest lab, procedure rooms on both sides of clinic, 24 exam rooms
* FPOB will have individual office with great view and 3 patient rooms
* New FPOB will see 20 patients/day & 40-60 deliveries/year

* Base salary $300K
* Sign-on and Relocation Allowance
* CME allowance
* 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CMEs and 6 holidays
