A small community hospital located north of Billings, is seeking a full-time, permanent Family Medicine Physician to join their amazing team! This opportunity is for a great facility that is dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare to a rural population!

Compensation: Up to $275,000/Annually depending on experience + $25,000 Signing Bonus + $150,000 in student loan repayment

Family Medicine Physician Job Description:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 40 hour work week - 36 hours providing patient care - 4 hours of administrative
  • Clinic, ED, Behavioral Health In- Patient Unit, Urgent/Long-Term Care
  • Service 10 - County Region/ 19K Catchment Area
  • Full-Service Radiology / CT / MRI / U/S / 3D Tomography / Nuclear / Dexa-Scan / Pristina Mammography Suite
  • Lab, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, and Top-Notch Therapy Group Including Physical/Occupational/Speech

Family Medicine Physician Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO): Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency Training: Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, typically a three-year program that includes a variety of clinical experiences in family medicine.
  • Board Certification: Board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or an equivalent board. Certification is usually obtained after successfully completing written and oral exams.
  • Montana Medical License: A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Montana. Licensing requirements may include passing the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX).
  • DEA Registration: Registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to prescribe controlled substances
