A community-centered hospital in West Texas is recruiting a Family Medicine physician with OB training to join a collegial, well-resourced team. This position is built around flexibility—design the blend of clinic, OB, inpatient, procedures, and hospitalist work that fits your interests and lifestyle. With the clinic directly connected to the hospital, your day stays streamlined, supported, and efficient.
Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital — no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
• Full benefits package including: Health, dental, vision, retirement plan, malpractice, generous PTO and CME allowance, and relocation assistance
