Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-focused Family Medicine services across all age groups, covering a full spectrum of primary care.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with specialists when needed, and promote preventative health measures for overall patient well-being.
  • Develop strong doctor-patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health record system.
  • Actively participate in medical staff meetings, peer reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Contribute to the medical education and training of residents, medical students, and other health professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Board certification or eligibility for certification in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Montana.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.
