Join an established team of 9 primary care providers and robust support staff at a thriving community hospital, seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to meet growing patient demand.
Position Overview:
• True 4-day work week 8am-5pm with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays
• No C-sections required - deliver with your own OB patients
• Be on call only 5 times per year with a 1:10 call rotation
• Dedicated clinical support staff to help optimize clinical efficiency and patient-provider interaction
• New graduates welcome to apply - highly collegial group happy to offer mentorship
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive two-year salary guarantee plus production bonuses
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend, 6 weeks PTO, and 6 paid holidays
