- Open Dates: August-ongoing
- Worksite Setting: FQHC Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic
- Desired Schedule: Primary Clinic: 1 weekly late shift 11:30am-8pm either M or Th, Rest of the week 9am-5:30pm T, W, F
- Scope of Work: Consultation, diagnosis and treatment. Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, & post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention.
- Requirements: BC/BE, Active CA license, DEA, BLS and Covid Vaccine
- EMR/EHR system: NextGen - Training provided
- Privileging Process: 3-4 weeks
