Outpatient Family Medicine- mixture of preventative and acute visits
Outpatient Internal Medicine Medicine- mixture of preventative and acute visits
Four day work week or 5 day work Weeks

• Provider works at 1 Clinic

Must be Board Certified

Clean BG required

EPIC EMR

Client will cover Travel
