Tremendous opportunity to join a nationally renowned health system in a beautiful, family-friendly community in SW Minnesota. Practice Family Medicine with an Obstetrics focus including C-Sections. This independent system offers autonomy and flexibility with scheduling. Moderate volumes and exceptional support staff allow you to practice your way.
• See 15-20 patients per day allowing you time to build relationships with your patients.
• Flexible work schedule including 4-day work week provide great work/life balance.
• Enjoy easy access to stand-alone radiology, lab, and additional ancillaries.
• C-Section proctorship provided by experienced general surgeon who currently does C-Sections.
• Flexible 1:4 call schedule with no weekend call.
• Dedicated support staff, great facilities, including in-office ultrasound and 3 exam rooms per physician, allow you to provide high quality care.
Compensation Details:
• Total compensation above the 75th percentile MGMA.
• Comprehensive benefits including extraordinary retirement plan with pension plan and 401K with significant employer contribution.
• 150K sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and student loan forgiveness available.
