Join a well-established team of 10 Family Medicine physicians (6 of whom do OB,) based at a thriving community hospital just an hour outside Minneapolis.
• Current physicians look forward to welcoming a new FMOB partner to their team in 2025 - happy to offer mentorship if desired
• Extensive demand for OB. Turnkey opportunity for as busy an obstetrics practice as you'd like.
• Incredible work/life balance: 32 patient contact hours, 4-day week
• Opportunity for Hospitalist or ED shifts if desired, but 100% optional
• Consistent proven earning potential of $350-450K+
• $200-300K available in recruitment incentives (can be customized to include signing bonus, residency/fellowship stipend, loan support, retention bonus, etc.)
• Up to $116K in additional loan support available from state of MN
• Robust benefits package includes healthcare, malpractice, 7 weeks of Time Off + Holidays, CME stipend, extremely generous retirement options
