100% Sports Medicine Physician Opportunity in Waverly, OH
Position Overview
Full-time, non-operative Sports Medicine position
100% Sports Medicine focus with no traditional primary care responsibilities
Join a large, collaborative team of multidisciplinary providers
Ideal for physicians passionate about treating athletes and active individuals
Practice Details
Outpatient-focused practice with patients seen at a single location
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Seasonal coverage of injury clinic during fall sports
Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and athletic trainers
Provide sideline and event coverage for local schools and athletic programs
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
Utilize non-surgical treatments including injections, bracing, and rehabilitation plans
Interpret imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, and ultrasounds
Compensation & Benefits
Generous base salary starting around $334,000
Productivity-based bonus opportunities
$225,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or PM&R
Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine
Eligible for or active Ohio medical license
Strong interest in non-operative orthopedic care and sports medicine
