Job description
Are you a BE/BC Sports Medicine Physician (non-operative) looking to join a high-volume, collaborative orthopedics practice with strong compensation and excellent work–life balance?
We are seeking a non-operative Sports Medicine Physician to join a busy, multidisciplinary orthopedics team that includes orthopedic surgeons and experienced APPs. This role offers the opportunity to focus on comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a well-supported, physician-led environment.
What You’ll Do

Provide non-surgical care for sports-related and musculoskeletal injuries

Develop individualized treatment plans including:

Physical therapy
-
Bracing and conservative management
-
Injections (corticosteroid, PRP)

Ultrasound-guided procedures
-

Evaluate and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions

Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers

Optional sideline and event coverage available

Compensation & Benefits
✔ Guaranteed $302,000 base salary for the first two years
✔ wRVU-based production bonus

Who We’re Looking For
-
MD/DO with ABMS-recognized Sports Medicine fellowship

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics

Experience with ultrasound-guided injections preferred

Eligible for medical licensure and DEA
