Pay Rate: $180 hourly as per 1099

- Immediate and ongoing need Locums Physician (Primary Care) East China, MI•
- Facility Type Hospital based.
- Hospital Setting: Hospital, Trauma level IV
- Schedule Per Day: 3 days per week- Prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
- Patient Per Day: 12-16 patients per day; Adult population only
Qualifications
• BLS, ACLS(AHA), DEA -– REQUIRED
• Active MI license
• EMR, Athena – REQUIRED
Credentialing
• Credentialing window: Quick /ASAP
