Family Medicine - Sports Medicine Opportunity in Oshkosh/Fond du Lac, WI
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 patient contact hours per week, 100% outpatient
Location: Oshkosh/Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements: BE/BC in Family Medicine with Sports Medicine fellowship, eligible for Wisconsin medical license
Details:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with a focus on Sports Medicine
Partner with a supportive team including Advanced Practice Clinicians and Medical Assistants
Work in a setting with onsite lab, mammography, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray
Participate in same-day appointments with a complete plan of care provided before patients leave
Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative medical staff in a growth-oriented environment
