Non-Operative/Primary Care Sports Medicine Opportunity with NCAA Division 1 and high school athletics coverage - Cape Girardeau, MO (Supports J1 & H1 Visa)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Residency training in family practice, internal medicine, physical medicine & rehab, pediatrics, or ER
  • Fellowship training in sports medicine preferred
  • BE/BC in respective specialty
  • CAQ in sports medicine
MEDICAL SERVICES & SUPPORT:
  • Currently staffed with:
    • 5 Fellowship trained/certified orthopedic surgeons (Total Joint Arthroplasty, Sports Medicine, Shoulder/Elbow, Hand, Pediatrics);
    • 2 Fellowship trained primary care sports medicine physicians (1 FP, 1 PMR)
    • 4 Advanced practice providers (3 APRNs, 1 PA-C)
  • Zero physician turnover since practice was founded
  • In-office procedures including musculoskeletal US, injections, orthobiologics
  • Contracted team physicians for
    • NCAA D1 Southeast Missouri State University’s athletics (OVC) and nationally recognized performing arts program
    • Cape Catfish prospect league baseball team
    • 12 local high schools
  • Teaching opportunities available with medical schools and PA program
  • State of the Art Orthopedic Facility opened in January 2023
