Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team physician will work closely with the medical director to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. JOB ID 56161

Job Details:

• BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
• 20-25k Sign-on Bonus and relocation
• Stock options
• Each year after year 1 there will be a performance review with substantial raises
• Call is 1:7 evenings and weekends
• Minimum 4 day work week
• low patient volume
• Call by phone only (phasing this out soon)
• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
• Smaller panel sizes and the opportunity to lead while working with a true team
• Utilize proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population
