**Geriatric Medicine opening in Fargo, ND**
* ***Fargo, ND*** - the fastest growing city in the Midwest!
* Full time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Serve as ***Program Director***
* Lead and further develop the geriatric program
* Must be BC/BE Geriatrician or BC/BE in IM/FM with geriatric experience and interest
* Schedule: Monday - Friday
* No Call
* Setting could include outpatient clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits in assisted living and senior apartments
* Practice includes 3 Physicians, and 4 PAs/NPs
* Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package
**Location:**
* Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
* 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
* Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000
* Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
