Exciting opportunity to help establish a new consultative Geriatrics practice
Become Medical Director of a Luthercare Community
Patients include Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Memory Support
Outpatients seen at a new suburban office; no inpatient responsibilities
Call is shared with primary care physicians; by phone only
