Locums | FM/IM Geriatric Medicine | Clinic | OR License | Seaside, OR Why This Role

  • No call, weekends or holidays
  • Full-time or 3-4 days/week considered
  • Low daily patient volume
  • Geriatric-focused practice
  • 11-person interdisciplinary care team
Assignment Details Start: November 2026 End: Ongoing Commitment: Minimum 2 weeks/month; full-time preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 3-4 days/week also considered Setting: Outpatient clinic + community-based visits Population: Adults age 55+ Volume: ~4-6 patients/shift Community visits may include assisted living, SNF and private residences Guaranteed hours: 8/day EMR: Epic Clinical Details Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with geriatric experience Combination of in-clinic and community-based patient care Community visits typically supported by a team nurse Care coordinated through an 11-person interdisciplinary PACE team Requirements BC or truly BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active OR license Geriatric experience Active DEA BLS Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice provided Travel reimbursed
