Compensation & Benefits
- $226K–$268K+
- Fee-for-service with uncapped productivity

Qualifications
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
- Michigan medical license and DEA
- Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
- Post-acute, acute care or primary care experience required
