Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient geriatric evaluations and management of chronic and complex conditions
  • Develop and implement preventive and primary care strategies for elderly patients
  • Coordinate care plans involving multiple health services to improve patient outcomes
  • Document patient visits accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
  • Offer education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Manage post-acute and ongoing health issues within a clinic setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
What You Need:

Required:

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience in geriatrics or primary care
  • Valid Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure

Preferred:

  • Experience managing chronic conditions common among geriatric patients
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
