We’re currently seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established Primary Care practice in Delray Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for a physician looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and a competitive compensation structure with long-term earning potential.
Quick Job Details:
- Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Status: Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible may be considered if taking boards soon
- Patient Population: Primarily geriatric — approximately 70% age 65+ and 30% age 18+
- Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Call: No call
- Saturdays: No Saturdays
- Support: Dedicated Medical Assistants and additional office support staff
- Environment: Stable, physician-focused Primary Care practice
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- $250,000–$300,000 compensation
- Year 1: Productivity bonus
- Year 2: 45% of net revenue
- Year 2+: Shared savings opportunity
Qualifications
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA registration.
*Telehealth and Athena experience preferred.
