A healthcare organization in Florence, OR is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a long-term locum tenens assignment providing comprehensive primary care in both clinic and hospital settings.
The physician will care for patients ranging from newborns through geriatrics, with a particular need for pediatric and newborn support. The role includes scheduled clinic hours as well as hospital coverage and call responsibilities.

Outpatient primary care
Inpatient hospital medicine responsibilities
Patient rounding
Admissions
Evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions
Comprehensive family medicine services
Pediatric support
Newborn assessment following delivery
Assessment and care of newborns in the hospital and/or clinic setting
Shared post-delivery call coverage
Weeknight and weekend call coverage as scheduled
Coordination of patient care with the broader healthcare team
Qualifications
Board Certified in Primary Care / Family Medicine
Active Oregon medical license required
Candidates must have an Oregon license at the time of presentation
Candidates with a pending Oregon license may be considered depending on the expected issue date
Minimum 2 years of experience
BLS required
NRP required
BLS and NRP certifications must be from an accepted accrediting organization
At least 1 year of recent Epic experience
Epic experience is essential
Recent Family Medicine clinical activity/case documentation required
