Seeking experienced Geriatric Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for a nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in Rochester, New York
Position Highlights:
- Medical Director role for one of New York State's oldest and most established PACE programs
- Combination of clinical leadership and direct patient care

- Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on comprehensive, coordinated geriatric care

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership across all PACE sites
- Lead and mentor interdisciplinary care teams
- Oversee participant care planning and clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CMS and New York State Department of Health PACE regulations
- Direct quality improvement and performance initiatives
- Establish and maintain clinical standards and best practices
- Participate in strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Provide direct patient care to PACE participants
- Promote participant satisfaction and quality of life

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Geriatrics certification preferred
- Eligible for New York medical licensure
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Prior physician leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation range: $250,000 - $300,000
