Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatrics.
- Valid medical license in the State of New York.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
