🩺 Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Coordinate patient care including referrals and post-acute services

Participate in team huddles and collaborative care planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Requirements:

MD/DO from an accredited program
-
Active or eligible Alabama medical license

Board Certified/Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatrics

Active DEA license
