Geriatric Medicine Physician Opening in Burlington, MA

About the Job:
Seeking a board certified/eligible Geriatric Medicine Physician to help develop and lead an inpatient geriatrics consultation service.
This role is key to our clinical, educational, and quality improvement missions.
Assist with developing an inpatient geriatric consultation service within the academic medical center.
Provide consultation services as part of interdisciplinary care.
Teach geriatric care principles to interdisciplinary professional learners, including medical students and residents
Commit to promoting quality care transitions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following:
- Completed Geriatric Medicine Fellowship training by hire date or demonstrate comparable experience.
- Board certified/eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrate passion for clinical geriatrics.
Location
Conveniently located, Burlington, Massachusetts is 17 miles north of Boston and a short drive to the mountains, lakes and seaside of New England as well as cultural opportunities of Boston.
