We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead clinical excellence across assigned skilled nursing facilities in Seattle, WA. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with the Regional Medical Director and facility leadership to enhance quality of care, support medical staff development, and deliver evidence-based patient care. This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with impactful leadership.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and quality metrics
• Develop and implement clinical programs, policies, and procedures
• Examine patients and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
• Support collegiality and professional growth among medical staff
Qualifications
• MD, DO, or MBBS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
• Active Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous leadership or skilled nursing experience preferred
