Job Responsibilities
• 👨⚕️ Evaluate, examine, and manage patients in skilled nursing settings
• 🧪 Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests
• 📋 Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• 💊 Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions
• 🤝 Coordinate specialty referrals and interdisciplinary care
• 🧠 Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
• 📝 Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and record completion
• ⚙️ Oversee medical supplies and clinical workflows
Qualifications
• MD, DO, or MBBS
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active or eligible state medical license
• Experience in SNF or geriatric care preferred
