We are seeking a patient-focused Primary Care Outpatient Physician to join a well-established practice across multiple locations in Arizona. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment with a strong emphasis on quality care, efficiency, and work-life balance. Physicians will provide comprehensive outpatient services while building long-term relationships with patients in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Job Responsibilities
Manage acute and chronic conditions in an out- patient Clinic setting
Conduct preventive care, wellness visits, and routine follow-ups
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an electronic medical record system
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient environment
