Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
No of Positions or candidates required: 2
Specialty: Primary Care Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
Place of Work (City/State): Montevideo, MN
Start Date: 1 -2 months
Shift Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
How many shifts needed per month: 20 shifts/month (Approx.)
License: Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO)
Certifications: BLS Certification, DEA
Experience needed: Preferred 1+ years (Primary Care/Outpatient)
Special Skills needed: Outpatient Primary Care, ability to manage panel, timely documentation, patient-centered care
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care services
- Average patient volume: ~12 patients/day
- Appointment duration: 30 60 minutes
- Assess and manage walk-in patients as needed
- Ensure timely completion of consults per VA standards

- No weekends
