🍷 Geriatric / Adult Primary Care Physician – California Wine Country (Santa Rosa, CA)

Position Type: Full-Time (Locum with option to go permanent)

Arc Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient adult and geriatric primary care in Santa Rosa, CA, located in the heart of California’s world-famous Wine Country. This opportunity offers a balanced weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the chance to serve a mission-driven, Tribal health community while enjoying one of the most desirable regions in the state.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Adult & geriatric patient population

• Average volume: 12–15 patients per day

• Focus on chronic disease management and elder care

• Start date: February 16 (assignment through May 16, with potential to go permanent)

Clinical Environment

• Robust pod-based support model (MA, RN, Medical Receptionist, HIM support)

• EMR: Epic, with on-site Super Users available

• Comprehensive services on site, including medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, pain management, podiatry, OB/GYN specialty consults, rheumatology, chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, and integrative medicine

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active California medical license

• Commitment to underserved, Tribal, and rural healthcare

• Mission-driven, compassionate approach to patient care

Compensation & Support

• $150 per hour

• Malpractice coverage (including tail)

• Housing and travel fully paid (arranged by Arc Health or independently)
